4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment gateways. Tamil Pettagam reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all locations within India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Tamil Pettagam is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in cases where products are delivered in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic or video evidence. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty and Service

All products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, as specified on the product page. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer’s authorized service centers. Tamil Pettagam may assist with coordination but is not responsible for warranty outcomes.
